Guardiola: My philosophy at Bayern is not yet completed

Pep Guardiola, coach of Bayern Munich Confirmed that he did not impose his philosophy in full over the team, which took over the leadership a year ago, and got with him until now, the league and cup and European Super Cup and World Cup teams, and went out of the semi-finals of the Champions League against
champion Real Madrid.

Guardiola said, in the book (Her Pep)who was written by journalist Marty Berarnao: "Winning trophies give you time to build the future. But the real satisfaction comes when you feel that your team play as you want., And this needs more time. Bayern did not become my team fully yet."

Guardiola betting to convince players and access to the point of convergence with the management of the club, especially the boss Hoeness.

Guardiola admits, through last season, that his worst moment in Germany, and in his career as a coach, when his team received  a heavy defeat on home by four goals against Real Madrid in the second leg semi-final of the Champions League.

He says: "I refuse to play throughout the season to play in a way 4.2.4. Resisting  entire year, and I decide to play it in the most important day" who lost it in front of the Royal.

It seems Guardiola through the book has many doubts, and think carefully before making decisions, as he cares to detail.
