Guardiola: "Barcelona" has affected my growing up as a coach .. And it is easier to deal with the stars!

The Spanish Pep Guardiola considered, coach of Bayern Munich, his coaching background affected by his growing up in the city of Barcelona and the spherical thought which was prevailing over the city, as well as his affecting by three instructors from outside Spain, contributed to the formation of his personality as a coach.

Guardiola said during his participation at the Dubai International Sports Conference, he was greatly influenced by professional’s managers who deal with them over the course of his career, and experiences received by them contributed to the formation of his training character down to what it is now.

He explained: I was born in Barcelona, it is of the particular spherical nature, I have been affected by this growing up so much, as well as growing up with three coaches have had a significant impact in planting the seed of training in myself, one of them was Argentine represents the American Latin School, and others represent the European School in training, one of Italy and the other from Germany.

Guardiola is one of the leading trainers in the world today, after managing to claim 14 titles in only 4 years with Barcelona, and has contributed to making the best lineup in the history, and he was the youngest coach crowned Champions League.

The artistic director of the Bayern added: Whatever training thought of the trainer changes, both for the players or the coach, but every club is trying to maintain its distinctive style over the years.

And Guardiola went on: the way of playing any team is associated with the potential and abilities of the players who are in its ranks; it cannot be the way you play.

At the same time Guardiola regarded that the training of "stars" players a lot easier than training normal players because the stars are helping the team to win in various ways and by personal motive without external interference, admitting that by presence of star players contributed to the win, which was elevated the successes of many trainers, which is one of them. 

Interestingly, Guardiola, expressed his wishes to go on the amendment to the regulations of football, including allowing for more than three changes during per game, to get each team a better chance to modify its ranks, especially since some of the players are going through frames, bad timing and a single, but made more than 3 changes may contribute to adjusting the position of art.
