modern history of football, the first of them at the beginning of the seventies
with the application of the new amendments - currently used on the Law of
offside, and the consequent change for many of the offensive plans, and the second
phase coincided with my leading to AC Milan team at the beginning of the
nineties to succeed Arrigo Sacchi, and boom achieved by the team and winning
many championships, continental and local time.
He added: The third phase kicked off when Guardiola took
over Barcelona team, and the boom that accompanied this team and the
distinguished way in which he imposed on all known as "Tiki Taka" and
had an impact on the whole of Europe.
Capello confirmed that the period is noted that all of these
stations lasted nearly 20 years, referring to the recent era are still
continuing even now.
In response to inquiries about the amendments which are
hoped to be entered football, he said that the "time-out" during the
events of the game, particularly in the second half, has become an urgent
demand, especially when the warm atmosphere, add to it is an opportunity to
correct technical errors, and give players the quick comfort, instead of what
is happening currently wasting time, pointing out that this timeout may not exceed
one minute, which is less than the time lost in most of the games
currently.
It is known that FIFA had agreed to apply the time-out in
some of the World Cup in Brazil in 2014 in the event of increased temperature
at 32 degrees Celsius.
